Privacy Policy

Oxitrate AS is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy policy. In this privacy policy, we explain what kind of personal data we store and how we process it. This privacy policy applies to: https://oxitrate.no/ and https://oxitrate.com/

If you have any questions about this privacy policy or the assessments we have made, you can contact us at post@oxitrate.no

Personal data we collect and process

We process the following categories of personal data:

The personal information is collected directly from you or it is generated in connection with you subscribing to our newsletter, visiting our website, sending us an inquiry via the contact form on our website or applying for a job with us.

How we use the personal data

Delivery of service

We use your personal data to deliver our newsletter to which you have signed up. The legal basis for processing personal data for this purpose is your consent. You can withdraw this consent at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter.

Analysis, business development and improvement of services

We work continuously to develop and improve our services and the information we provide you. This work involves analyzing contact information and customer activity. The legal basis for processing personal data for this purpose is our legitimate interest.

Sales and marketing

We use personal data in connection with the sale and marketing of our products and services, when you receive e-mails from us. The legal basis for processing personal data for this purpose is consent. You can withdraw this consent at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter.

Recruitment

If you apply for a job at Oxitrate, we need to process information about you to assess your application. The employment process involves processing the information you provide to us through the documents you send us, including applications, CVs, diplomas and certificates. In addition to any interviews, Oxitrate can also carry out its own investigations, typically interviews with the job seeker's references.

In order to assess submitted documentation, conduct interviews and call references, the basis for processing is the Personal Protection Regulation article 6 no. 1 letter b. This provision allows us to process personal data when it is necessary to carry out measures at the request of the job seeker before an agreement is entered into. By applying for the position and uploading documents, we consider that the job seeker is asking us to assess submitted documentation, conduct interviews and call references with a view to entering into an employment agreement.

If we carry out our own investigations in addition to this, for example contacting someone who has issued a certificate, but who is not given as a reference, the processing basis for such investigations is the Personal Protection Regulation Article 6 no. 1 letter f, which allows us to process information that is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest that outweighs consideration of the individual's interests or fundamental rights and freedoms. The legitimate interest is to find the right candidate for the position.

You can withdraw this consent at any time. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the legality of the processing of personal data that occurred before you withdrew your consent. The job application is stored internally in Oxitrate and is not shared with others, unless application systems such as Finn.no or other recruitment companies are used. In these cases, see the privacy statement for the applicable website.

Internally, general applications will be deleted within 210 days and applications with the status of employee or interview will be deleted within 300 days. If necessary, applicant lists and settings are transferred to our case and archive system and preserved and stored in line with archive legislation.
